Keep the pallet in place
A stationary pallet format can suit loads that should not be rotated on a turntable.
FY-PWPM08 carries the film around a stationary pallet with a single rotary arm. Floor-level load placement avoids rotating the pallet on a turntable, while the suspended film carriage travels vertically to cover the load.

A stationary pallet format can suit loads that should not be rotated on a turntable.
An overhead rotary drive and suspended film carriage bring the film around the load.
Floor-level loading allows the handling layout to be designed around the available pallet equipment.

The rotary arm carries the film around the stationary load. A turntable wrapper rotates the pallet instead. FY-PWPM08 is considered when rotating the load is unsuitable, subject to a wrapping-force and layout check.
A stationary pallet can suit these applications, but the film force and stack stability still need to be validated. Send representative load dimensions, weights and photos.
Reserve the full rotary-arm sweep, overhead clearance, loading route and service area according to the approved layout. Remove handling equipment before the wrapping cycle starts.
Film-handling devices depend on the supplied configuration. State whether automatic film attachment or cutting is required; inclusion and utility needs will be confirmed in the quotation.
