Support suitable stacks
Top support can help a suitable load remain stable during turntable wrapping.
FY-PWPM07
FY-PWPM07 combines turntable stretch wrapping with a descending top plate to support suitable loads during rotation. Pneumatic and electric top-press versions use different lifting drives and must be selected against the load height, top-contact area and site utilities.

Top support can help a suitable load remain stable during turntable wrapping.
Pneumatic and electric top-press configurations are available and shown separately.
A vertically travelling film carriage wraps the load while the pallet rotates.
Choose the press version before confirming load limits, press travel, top-contact settings and site utilities. The pneumatic and electric galleries below show separate configurations.
Air-cylinder drive for top-press movement. Confirm pressure, flow, stroke and top-contact settings for the supplied machine.

Air-cylinder drive for top-press movement. Confirm pressure, flow, stroke and top-contact settings for the supplied machine.
Motor-driven vertical lift for the top press. Confirm travel, load heights and the utilities required by any additional options.
Use these confirmed product characteristics to begin selection. Order-specific limits and utilities are confirmed in the quotation.
| Parameter | Value or configuration |
|---|---|
| Model | FY-PWPM07 |
| Wrapping format | Rotating turntable with top hold-down |
| Top-press variants | Pneumatic air-cylinder drive or electric motor-driven lift |
| Film carriage | Vertical travel on the wrapping mast |
| Press travel and contact | Selected for the shortest/tallest load and suitable top surface |
| Utilities | Pneumatic version requires matched air supply; verify all utilities for the selected configuration |
| Rated load and turntable | Confirm for the chosen variant and pallet |
Final dimensions, utilities and performance depend on the confirmed configuration and application.
Follow the supplied operating procedure and keep the operating area clear during movement.
Pallet loads whose stack and top surface can accept the commissioned hold-down setting.
Provide pallet size, total weight, shortest/tallest loads and a top-surface photo.
Choose pneumatic or electric press and confirm the required travel and site utilities.
Validate stacking, contact force and finished-load containment using representative loads.
Compare turntable, mobile, top-press, rotary-arm and weighing platforms, with both FY-PWPM07 press drives. The shared guide also includes FY-PWPM04 as an additional FYXFER PACK reference.

The pneumatic top press uses an air cylinder; the electric top press uses a motor-driven lift. They have different drive and utility requirements. Select the version against the load-height range and the required top-contact arrangement.
No. The stack and its top surface must be able to accept the approved contact setting. A top plate supports suitable loads during rotation; it does not replace correct stacking or load validation.
It describes the press drive. Additional options may have their own utility requirements, so the complete electrical and pneumatic scope must be checked against the selected configuration.
Use the values in the approved quotation and drawing for the chosen variant. Provide pallet dimensions, total weight, shortest and tallest loads, and top-surface photos for selection.
Send your load dimensions, weight, photos and site requirements. We will review the suitable configuration and prepare a quotation.
