Combine two tasks
Integrated weighing and pallet wrapping support two tasks at one station.
FY-PWPM09 combines a turntable pallet wrapper with an integrated weighing base and weight display. Operators can obtain a stable weight reading at the wrapping station, then run the approved film-wrapping cycle for the load.

Integrated weighing and pallet wrapping support two tasks at one station.
A separate weight display allows readings when the turntable and load are stationary.
The weighing range and wrapper load capacity are matched separately to the pallet requirement.
Specify gross or net weighing, range, resolution, tare method and any data or label needs. Confirm wrapper capacity and scale capacity separately.
Follow the supplied operating procedure and keep the operating area clear during movement.
Pallet-wrapping work where a stable gross or net weight reading is needed at the same station.
Specify gross/net weight, weighing range and required resolution.
Confirm pallet size, load height and total weight against both wrapper and scale capacities.
State whether pallet/film weight is included and whether records, labels or trade-use approval are required.
Send your load dimensions, weight, photos and site requirements. We will review the suitable configuration and prepare a quotation.
Use these confirmed product characteristics to begin selection. Order-specific limits and utilities are confirmed in the quotation.
| Parameter | Value or configuration |
|---|---|
| Model | FY-PWPM09 |
| Wrapping format | Turntable pallet stretch wrapping |
| Weighing | Integrated weighing base with weight display |
| Weight reading | Read only when the indicator is stable and the turntable is stopped |
| Film carriage | Vertical travel on the wrapping mast |
| Weighing range and resolution | Confirm the supplied weighing system |
| Wrapper load capacity | Confirm separately from the scale capacity |

Final dimensions, utilities and performance depend on the confirmed configuration and application.
English guidance for selection, site preparation, operation and ongoing use.
English six-step guide for combined wrapping and weighing, including stable readings, zero/tare checks, site preparation and maintenance.
Download PDFApplication guides support planning and routine checks. Use the supplied machine manual for the exact configuration and operating procedure.
Take the weight reading in the specified stationary condition. Wait for a stable indicator reading with the turntable stopped before recording the value.
The required weighing method and zero/tare arrangement should be specified for the supplied weighing system. Decide whether the pallet and film are included in each weight record.
These depend on the installed scale, indicator and configuration. Send the required range and resolution together with the maximum pallet weight; wrapper capacity and weighing capacity must both suit the load.
State the required printer, data connection and destination approval needs. These must be confirmed for the supplied system and should not be assumed from the presence of a weight display.
Compare turntable, mobile, top-press, rotary-arm and weighing platforms, with both FY-PWPM07 press drives. The shared guide also includes FY-PWPM04 as an additional FYXFER PACK reference.
